Both you and your client will gain access to an online portal where you can view the listing agreement, important dates & timeline, and upcoming tasks for the listing.

We leverage you, as a listing agent, by completing the following tasks:

  • Send Supporting Documents for Completion, if necessary, on behalf of Listing Agent

  • Add Dates to the Calendar and CC Listing Agent

  • Update Sources, Stage, & Known Contact Information in Agent’s CRM.

  • Add Listing to Transaction Spreadsheet Personalized for Agent

  • Reach out to the seller (typically via text) within 12 business hours upon receiving the intake form

  • Send Executed Listing Agreement to Seller via Email

  • Add Listing as Coming Soon to MLS, if necessary

    • Remind Agent to Install Coming Soon Sign & Lockbox at property

  • Schedule Professional Photos

  • Send Photo Confirmation Email to Seller

  • Receive Photos of Property

  • Submit photos for Virtual Staging, if needed

  • Complete the Incomplete Listing in MLS & Upload/Label Photos

  • Write Listing Description

  • Listing Agent to Check over all details in MLS

  • Send to Seller(s) to Confirm all Details and Obtain Approval

  • Add Listing as Active in MLS

  • Set Up Showingtime

  • Send “Next Steps” Email to Seller

  • Create Brochures & Send to Listing Agent for Review

  • Remind Agent to Install Sign & Lockbox at property
