Update Sources, Stage, & Known Contact Information in Agent’s CRM.
Add Listing to Transaction Spreadsheet Personalized for Agent
Reach out to the seller (typically via text) within 12 business hours upon receiving the intake form
Send Executed Listing Agreement to Seller via Email
Add Listing as Coming Soon to MLS, if necessary
Remind Agent to Install Coming Soon Sign & Lockbox at property
Schedule Professional Photos
Send Photo Confirmation Email to Seller
Receive Photos of Property
Submit photos for Virtual Staging, if needed
Complete the Incomplete Listing in MLS & Upload/Label Photos
Write Listing Description
Listing Agent to Check over all details in MLS
